Prior to founding Sweetwater Partners, Keith spent 12 years in industrial distribution, where he held several key leadership roles, including CFO, COO, and CEO. Keith played a key role in growing the business both organically and through acquisitions, helping to expand it from a regional distributor to a nationwide leader in the industry.

Under Keith’s leadership, the company completed four strategic acquisitions, broadening both its product offerings and geographic footprint.

Before entering the industrial distribution field, Keith worked in supply chain management for a $40 billion global automotive manufacturer.

Keith earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Maryville College and an MBA from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville.
